As may know there is a lot of products in the market.

What many customers are  looking for is something that the property owner can be alerted in his mobile phone, without having to pay monthly a fee to a company that monitors his home or whatever.
For example there is here a company called ADT, SECURITY DIRECT (International company) that sells and install a product similar to (KI-L40), and charging a monthly fee to monitor the place.

I had that in my home and office, and I already was robbed twice.
In another words why paying every month for them to monitor the premises?
Just to send us a call? They speck trough a small wall unit asking the intruder the password?
Just to provide a link trough internet to see the intruder, which in my case could not see anything?
Not to alert the authorities?
I think is wasting of money.
Of course that is an option that people can choose.

That’s why I’m thinking to do this type of business different way, because I have a connection with the property owner’s trough my company Kasalux International Real Estate Professionals Network.
So if I can offer something that a property owner can immediately receive an alert, by gsm (everybody have cellular phones that can access to the internet, and not everybody have wifi), and can visualize at any time their premises.
If can have the two facilities, (gsm and wifi) even better.
Also to have the possibility of having a small siren that will be triggered for a certain time, in order to catch attention of neighbors.

Because of economy recession must be a not expensive product that people can afford buying a unit, and can later upgrade the number of cameras.
Must be something appellative, do it and self administrated, to offer them.
