    Hello Et,

Thanks for your message. We don't have NVR Kit so far, NVR kit without too much selection, may narrow your selection. It's pleased to choose the specific IP cameras and NVR for your requirements.

    Hi James,

Our sales team will contact you for the price. Regarding to the different between NVR and NVR Onvif, there is no difference between them. All our network video recorders support Onvif standard. Onvif stands for Open Network Video Interface Forum, is a global and open industry forum with the goal to facilitate the development and use of a global open standard for the interface of physical IP-based security products. Or in other words, to create a standard for how IP products within video surveillance and other physical security areas can communicate with each other. ONVIF is an organization started in 2008 by Axis Communications, Bosch Security Systems and Sony. (Information from Wikipedia)

I bought this NVR and it has let me down completely. I cannot set it up for remote view on a computer or a mobile phone. Every time I get in touch with your technical team, the respond with two sentences asking me to install ActiveX controls on IE. I'm not sure how that is related to my issue. I've provided my email in case you would like to send me a comprehensive solution to the issues I've raised.
