How it works?
The standard kit contains motion sensor, door/window sensor, wireless remote keyfobs. All these sensors are connecting with alarm panel via wireless frequency. The touch screen alarm panel is equipped with Quad-band frequency GSM/GPRS/3G cellular communicator. It allows users program up to five emergency phone numbers. Once an alarm is triggered, the system will notify these phone numbers via auto-dialing phone call or text message(SMS). Furthermore, it has an IoT module built-in to support Internet connection. By using the Internet, home owners are able to access/control the system anywhere through home automation app (Tuya), and receiving instant push notification, or achieve an integrated home automation solution with other smart devices.
Self-monitoring/No subscribtion fee The system is designed for self-monitoring application, the system will get you (up to five users) notified once burglary/fire/SOS occurs. Supporting Do-it-yourself installation and no monitoring contract, no service fee.
Smart Speaker Integration Seamless integration between alarm system and your smart speakers, the product is based on popular Tuya IoT platform. Speaking with your Alexa echo or Google Nest, you're able to access, manage and control this touchscreen alarm sys.

Frequently asked question
Control the alarm via phone call?
User can make phone call to alarm panel. If nobody picks up the phone call,the system will pick up for remotely controlling. You will "Du" sound, and then you can input the user code, then press"#" for confirm, you will hear another "Du" sound, now you can input other commands for remote control.
How difficult to install this alarm?
This alarm is designed for do-it-yourself installation, not hard at all! Just plug the alarm panel to the included power adapter, and it will work. The sensors are wireless, so installation is easy.The alarm also can only work with GSM, without connecting wired phone line.
What type of SIM card do I need?
The system is equipped with 850/900/1800/1900MHz GSM communicator, any regular SIM card and on most GSM networks will work with this alarm. The three network is currently not compatible with this alarm. If you need it, please contact our sales.
What happens if my power is cut?
The system is equipped with backup battery, it still can run at least 12 hours, when external power failure. Even telephone line is cut, the system will automatically switch to GSM.
Do the alarms include an external Siren?
The standard package doesn't include with external siren, it can work with wireless indoor/outdoor sirens, as well as hardwired siren. An internal sounder is built into each system's control unit.
What does App use for?
Apps brings more convenient operation via smartphone. You don't need to remember the commands. The simple user interface can help you to control the system anywhere and anytime.
How long do the batteries last?
Different from other competitors' products, we are using the high power capacity batteries for both wireless door/window sensors and PIR motion sensors. We expect the batteries to last 18 months to 24 months with average use.

Received the sample, and working as I expected. I installed the system from my own house, and package with very beautiful design, the alarm panel is nice looking, as well sensors are well-designed for hassle-free installation, package items included with battery, you just need to tear off the protection paper, door sensor will work, nice job. Alarm panel can work with GSM SIM, and telephone line (I don't use it), and hand-free phone call feature is amazing, I'm so satisfied with high quality two-way voice communication. I tried other systems from different suppliers, I bought this alarm system too, and I herein write this review to recommend it to all other friends who are looking for affordable alarm system from China. This model is almost ideal security system for your property, the package arrived, and it was very easy for installation and setup, all included sensors are enrolled into alarm panel, and plug-n-play works great, even I'm not super tech savvy. The system has all the alarm features such as alarm delay and exit delay, this is very useful to enable the system work intelligently, it allow you to exit the protected property, before system is activated, and entry delay or alarm delay allow user to disarm the system in specific zones without set alarm off. I like the ideal of smartphone app interaction, and installed app for my Android phone, it works as I expected, except allowing user to choose friendly zone name, using the smart app, I can modify the zone name. More over, it has one SMS/APP controllable relay output, lately I will buy a IP camera and connect it to this relay output for video purpose.

We don't plan to add it either, the reason is internet monitoring isn't stable. If the system works with Wifi connection, the alarm system is prone to disconnect, when power outage, or Ethernet cable cut, or even router configuration error, router reset...and more cases.

I am a small business owner, I have alarm systems now but would like to upgrade. both of my system are hard wired and hidden. can you use the existing sensors that are hard wired. I have 17 zones in my house and 6 zones in my office. I would need 2 systems. I also would like to know if you can use multiple key fobs for access and entry. I would like to issue about 12 key fobs and then be able to delete if they are missing, If a tenant leaves my building and does not return the key fob how easy to disable its activation, can I do this on a website or the smart phone, IOS or does it have to be done at the keypad. I travel and would like web access to activation or deactivation.
How many codes can you have and how many key fobs can you have on one system. The business system is important to me and does it have an access log to see who has come and gone by entry code and by key fob.

Las instrucciones solo en ingles muy escasas. No pone como activar el rele ni cuales son las salidas de rele. La alarma no envia SMS de estafo ni armado desarmado ni falta de corriente ni si salta la alarma. Solo he conseguido que me llame por telefono. La App muy sencilla pocas opciones no sirve para activar el rele y no sirve pars obtener temperatura ni si tiene corriente o si no hay corriente solo da el mensaje armado o desarmado. No estoy satisfecho para nada con esta compra

Yes, G60-Ultimate has one controllable Alarm output (specification: 1A 12V DC, 1A 120V AC). This alarm output can connect to other security devices such as DVR, NVR, IP camera. When alarm is triggered, the alarm system will send signal to these devices. Furthermore, user can use APP or send SMS to control this alarm output. This alarm output isn't designed for wired siren. The system has wired siren output, and it also works with wireless indoor/outdoor sirens.

This smart alarm system G60-Ultimate has 30 wireless zones, working with maximum 116 wireless sensors (including VS-WH500). eRobot is also a security system, it also works with our wireless sensors. That means you can program the same sensors into eRobot or G60-Ultimate. In my opinion, it's unnecessary to use both of systems.

Important tips please read
After the alarm is triggered, if the siren can not be de-activate, please go to [Tone setting] > [Arm/Disarm Beep], turn this function ON. Therefore you can sync the wireless touch LCD keypad and the wireless siren.

We are currently testing the G60 alarm system with the smart wireless magnetic contact VS-OWMC, because we want to distribute this alarm system in wide range here in Austria.
As stated in the user manual the G60 alarm system should inform me via SMS when the voltage of the battery of the magnetic contact is running low. We have simulated low voltage on the contact, but the alarm system didn’t inform us. We tried every combination of settings (smart setting on/off, SMS settings, and so on) with no luck. The only indication of low voltage was the blinking led on the contact itself.
Please can you tell me how this feature is working and when the alarm system shows us the low voltage warning.
Does this feature also work with the other smart wireless magnetic switch VS-PWMC?
Is it also possible to use the low voltage indication with a PIR sensor?

In order to enable low voltage function, you need to turn this function on, the procedures as below:
1. [SMS Setting] > Sensor Low Volt > ON.
2. [Upload] > Sensor Low Volt > ON.

Actually, our hardwired alarm devices are working with DC12V. None of them can support DC24V. The reason is DC12V is standard voltage in security alarm industry.

Dear Expert!
I have purchased a G60-Ultimate alarm system and I am trying to install it. Unfortunatelly I have bumped into some problems with the wired part of it. First of all I have got an insufficient user manual in the packet, with only a small, not too detailed leaflet inside, what is more with different notations in the illustrations. The most important problem is that I could not able to teach the wired zones to the system. Finally, I connect a simple 2,2 kOhm resistor to the contacts number 31 and -12V, activate the zone in the menu and even in this case was not willing to step into programming method under the Program&Delete menu, it is only in test status.
Please send me the solution and the detailed information about the wiring installation of this type of system with correct notations of the terminal and about the use of the others parts of it such as Bell, No or Com!

The G60-Ultimate can not connect to amplifier. It only supports 2-way talk through its internal Microphone and Speaker. Because G60-Ultimate doesn't have audio I/O design.

The G60-Ultimate's menu language can support English, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Portuguese, French.
As default, the company will provide English language. If you require other languages, the customers should inform the sales representative when placing the order to us.
By the way, the company can provide the G60 alarm panel has 2 or four different languages built-in at the same time, users can switch the language by touching numbers 911 on the built-in keypad.

Hello I recently purchased the G-60 Ultimate Alarm System and having a problem with the wireless door and window sensors only 2 are working out of the 17 I have installed. I have several times deleted and reprogrammed the ones that are not working several times with no luck.
Could the sensors be bad or perhaps the main unit be bad?
The distributor that sold me the unit had put with kit sensors that I think are cheap ones and not the same ones you sell on your web site if they are not the correct ones but they are all the same kind and 2 of them work.
How much are you wireless sensors a can I purchase them if that is the problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Please double check if the wireless sensors are 433MHz type.
To offer the further assistance, please send us the picture of door/window sensor (including internal design picture).
If you are using the PT2262 wireless door/window sensor, please try to adjust the jumpers on Address PIN, each sensor should have an unique Address ID (jumpers are in different PIN position).

1. G60 comes with free Android and iPhone.
2. G60 communicates with the App via SMS. This means you can use SMS to control system too. Only Wisen (X10) can support Wi-Fi connection, X10 communicates to the cloud server, therefore users can remotely control the system and receive push notification once an alarm occurs.

Go to [Zone Attribute], you can find [Zone Chime] function. If users turn it on, the alarm panel will make "di,di,di,di" sound once the sensor is triggered and the alarm panel is in Disarm status.
Additionally, you also can find a [SmartSensor] function, this function only works with the included wireless magnetic contact (door sensor). SmartSensor function can supervise the status of door sensor, e.g. if the door is still open, users try to Arm the system, the system will remind users the door is still open need to check.

For the indoor application, we recommend the Diamond siren. The Diamond siren can not only work as an indoor siren, but also can act as a signal repeater to extend wireless signals. For outdoor installation, we recommend you to use the latest solar powered wireless strobe siren. All sirens operate in 433MHz radio frequency. Please note the Diamond siren need to be plugged in electricity outlet directly.

This burglar alarm panel doesn't have RFID reader built-in. But it can work with wireless touch keypad (VS-WJP1), the wireless touch keypad has RFID reader, can support up to 60pcs RFID tags. Simply swiping RFID tags you can arm/disarm the alarm system.
Moreover, the G10-Ultimate alarm panel has RFID reader built-in.

You can dial a phone call to the SIM number, when it picks up, you will hear "di" sound, then enter your user code (1111), press "#" to confirm, you will hear another "di" sound, now you can arm/disarm the alarm panel.
Or you can use your mobile phone send a SMS with content 11111 to the SIM number to check whether alarm panel will respond or not. Lastly, you may use another SIM card (perhaps from a different cellular carrier) to test.

Is it possible to invent an ip/wifi module to connect your controlpannel to your ipnetwork to your home/company router, so you can steer the alarmsystem with an app/browser without sms. component doesn't have to be attached but as an optional adapter or best solution integrated directly into the alarmsystem? (there is a dual communications rule here in sweden that demands more than one way to send signals if one is malfunctioning)
also we need here in sweden the ability to talk with arc centrals with the SIA protocoll

Many thanks for your quick and professional answer. I think will purchase only your sensors and detectors for better quality and full compatibility with G60. About the relay output still not clear what code/command use for switch on or off via ordinary sms or simple cellphone (not smartphone !). In the product manual we find only sms or call commands like xxxx (user code) 1-8 and*, nothing about switching on and off the relay output. Please describe exactly how to use this feature. Notice:the temperature alert is working fine, have the mainboard version 1.2 and no camera installed on my G60 kit.

Here it's my advice:
Step 1: Login your router's web page (e.g. 192.168.1.1), go to device list, find the IP address of Wisen alarm panel and its MAC address.
Step 2: Go to [IP & MAC Binding] -> [Binding setting], bind the IP address and its MAC address.
Binding IP address and MAC address will allow the Wisen to have a stable network connection.
The Wisen will not change its local IP address, after leased IP address is expired.
