Hikvision DS-2CD6362F-I(V)(S) is a 6 megapixel IP camera supports dual panoramic viewing modes, including 360° fish-eye viewing, and 180°horizontal viewing, this camera provides the widest viewing angle, and it also supports four split viewings for convenient video surveillance. Its night vision performance is satisfactory.

Product advantages

Test 1: Panoramic Viewing Installed the camera on ceiling, and connected power and Ethernet cables to camera. Login into web interface, in previewing window, we found it has two panoramic viewing modes, one is 360 degree, the other are two 180 degree viewings. Meanwhile, this camera also support four split viewing. In 360 panoramic viewing mode, user can use mouse to zoom in interest area. Additionally, it support ePTZ function, user can set presets to allow camera pan/tilt in preset positions.

Test 2: Resolution Due to panoramic viewing technology will cause image distortion, we used the split viewing images to test its resolution. In zero zoom status, its horizontal resolution can reach 500TVL, and vertical resolution reaches 600TVL, edge resolution is a little poor, gray-scale recognizable level is 10.

Test 3: BLC BLC means back-light compensation. We deliberately let strong light approaches the panoramic IP camera in a dark room, when BLC turned off, the images became dark and unclear. After we enabled BLC, the background's brightness improved, images became clear.
