315/433MHz (300-450MHz) ASK Receiver RF Module SYN500R

The SYN500R is a multiple purpose, 3V-5.5V ASK RF receiver that operates at 300-450MHz with typical sensitivity of -109dBm. SYN500R is the 433MHz RF module in Erobot camera (D1201-A/B/C, D1000, D1001).

The SYN500R functions as a super-heterodyne receiver for OOK and ASK modulation up to 10kbps. The down-conversation mixer also provides image rejection. All post-detection data filtering is provided on the SYN500R. Any one-of-four filter bandwidths may be selected externally by the user in binary steps, from 1.25KHz to 10KHz. The user need only configure the device with a set of easily determined values, based upon data rate, code modulation format, and desired duty-cycle operation.

SYN510R is the SOP16 package version. SYN520R is the SOP8 package version.
