4-Megapixe AHD Camera FH8538M + OV4689

OV4689 is a familiar 4-megapixel CMOS image sensor has been widely used in many video applications, except being adopted in IP video surveillance, it’s a popular sensor for car dashcam as it can provide excellent high dynamic range image. FH8538M is from FullHan microelectronics, it’s the latest image signal processor supports 4-megapixel image raw data input. This image signal processor support 2D/3D noise reduction, WDR and excellent low light performance. 

5-Megapixel AHD Camera NVP2475H + IMX326

Sony CMOS image sensors excels in both consumer and commercial video applications. Sony IMX326 is a back-illuminated type CMOS image sensor offers 6.82 megapixel total pixels.  This image sensor can be suitable a wide variety of video applications including IP video surveillance, industrial cameras, dashcam etc. According to Sony’s datasheet, the IMX326 is able to capture maximum 6MP@60fps video, thus this image sensor is overqualified for 5MP AHD cameras.

4-Megapixel AHD Camera FH8538M + K02

SOI JX-K02 is a newly released 4-megapixel CMOS image sensor adopts 1/2.7” optical size design, this image sensor belongs to the SOI’s HDR portfolio, it’s able to capture 4-megapixel resolution video at maximum 60fps frame rate. Other popular CMOS image sensors from SOI including H42, H62, F02 and F22.  HDR the acronym of High Dynamic Range, it's a kind of image processing technology can enhance image quality by better adapted to variety of lighting conditions.
