    Hi there,

It's impossible to reset the password. If you forget the password, you need to contact your seller. Giving the current date and time of your NVR, then they can use password generator software to give you a temporary super admin.

Appreciate the feedback. I was finally able to figure out a solution. I forgot I had my caps on when I changed my pass. The solution was to install the Video Monitor Software that came on the disc, once it scanned the network it listed my Super Mini NVR with the password visible. Phew almost had a brick.

    Hi there,

This NVR is not compatible with your WiFi NVR kit. The reason is your WIFi NVR adopts WiFi hotspot to communicate with WiFi cameras. This NVR doesn't support WiFi hotspot.

    Hi there,

If the NVR could not discover the new IP cameras, my advice as below:
    1. Making sure your IP camera is compliant with ONVIF (Profile S, version 2.4) standard.
    2. Both IP cameras and the NVR should have correct network setting, all of them should connect to the same router.
    3. When try to discover the cameras, please ticking/checking all protocols (including ONVIF, I8, I9, I12 etc).

We wrote an article to troubleshoot the connection problem:
    http://www.unifore.net/ip-video-surveillance/troubleshooting-ip-cameras-connect-to-the-nvr.html

If the camera could be discovered, but didn't show image. This means the NVR's [Stream Type] setting is incorrect.

    Hello,

After 1 year of use I've faced a problem with USB's - at first, USB HDD could not rotate spindle (some sound like "click-click-click" is hearing from 2.5" HDD box) and then a USB mouse have stopped working (no laser light) - it seems that USB has lack of power. In laptop, both mouse and hdd wirks fine. Which part should be reppaced (or fixed)?
    Thank you

    Good afternoon,
I have bought your mini NVR 8 ch, but using a software like Smart PSS don't find the NVR, it says time out connections.
I hace set up a fixed ip in my local network and using standad port 5050.

If I connect to NVR by Internet explorer browser I see the NVR but I can't save any configuration. If I connect directly on NVR using embedded system it sve the configuration.

HOW I can fix it? Have you a firmware upgrade?

Finally a last question, I have some ip camera that don't support onvif and rstp protocol only http, how I can visualize it?
