How Knight Guard works?
This system sounds amazing! so, how it works? Insert an valid SIM card to the system, then you setup the emergency contact phone numbers into system. In the morning, before you leave home, you activate the system through keypad / key fob operation, or simply swipe the RFID tag. Your home will be protected and monitored by Knight Guard. Wireless security sensors are deployed to monitor your house. A HD network camera is mounted on the ceiling of lobby room. Once burglary happens, the system instantly triggers alarm, built-in siren will sound loudly as the first-line deterrent. In the meantime, user will receive text message alerts or auto-dialing phone calls from alarm system. If installed HD network cameras, you will also receive Push notification, email attached with captured pictures. Also you can watch live HD video through your smartphone to check what happens in your home. After you verify the alarm through video, you can either contact emergency dispatch department or disarm the system.

GSM Cellular Communication
The Knight Guard abandons conventional telephone line technology. The newly designed alarm panel utilizes GSM cellular network for reliable alarm transmission. It has a built-in Quad-band frequency GSM cellular communicator. Just insert an valid SIM card (pay as you go plan) into system, it will start to work. The GSM cellular technology can not only provide reliable wireless alarm communication, but also allows user to control or access the system through mobile phones anywhere, anytime.
Simple Home Automation
No need to use expensive Z-Wave or ZigBee home automation devices. Knight Guard can work with up to 8 pieces RF433MHZ wireless remote plugs/sockets, to offer cost-effective and stable simple home automation. Using Smartphone App, you can remotely control home appliances.
Smart Alarm + Video Monitoring
Adding extra protection for your home security through using our Erobot series smart HD IP cameras. Knight Guard can connect to our Erobot smart IP cameras (D1301, D1201-A/B, D1001, D1000) via RF transmission, no cable wiring. Merely running one Smartphone App on your smartphone, you can not only receive SMS, push notification, email attached with pictures from system, but also watch HD live video when alarm occurs. Our Erobot smart HD cameras can deliver crystal images with 1280x720p resolution at 30 frames per second (FPS). It has built-in microSD/TF card slot to support on-board storage up to 128G.

Ive set up all the sensors now and i have a problem with the magnetic door sensors.
Ive set them up on zone 12,13,14 and 15.
When first testing they worked OK, but if left for a while if the door opens the alarm is not set off, If you open the door the first time it does not work, close the door and re-open and the alarm goes off.
The sensor itself is working as when you open the door the light on the sensor comes on but it does not trigger the Alarm. Its like the alarm goes to sleep and needs two triggers from the sensor to work.
I have also set the sensors to chime and this also needs two openings of the door to trigger if they are left for a while.
once they have triggered they will work again on one opening for a while but once left for 10 minutes they once again need two triggers.
I have put the alarm panel close to the sensor and this does not make any difference, i've also tested the other sensors and they also have the same issue so it not a problem with the sensor.
It is not the disarm delay as the alarm does nothing on the first opening of the door, on the second opening of the door the delay starts.

By the way, you may reset the alarm panel to check if the problem was caused by the wrong setup.

Due to your comment contains link, it's been marked as a spam.
Actually, users need to program/add alarm panel to siren. Press "enroll/study" button on siren to enter into programming mode, then try to arm/disarm the alarm panel two times at least via keypad (not keyfob).
When siren start to flash continuously, it means the panel has been added successfully.
